You may also order originals and prints from the artist shop on ArtPal
Commissions, Made to order items- If interested in commissioning the artist for a unique piece of art to fit in your decor- please fill out the contact form and she will get back to you with the design process and information.
What paintings or prints do you have for sale?
All paintings and prints for sale are listed on the artist shop at ArtPal
What are your Turnaround times of shipping?
For in stock paintings, prints ordered directly from the artist-
Your orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 days. Please allow shipping times of one to two weeks. For larger size USPS ground orders please allow more time.
For orders placed from ArtPal-Please refer to their shipping times

What is your Return Policy
Ordering direct from the artist- 
In Stock Art, Paintings and Prints-
I want you as the customer to be happy with your purchased art! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your art within 14 days after receiving it. Please package it in the same packaging and materials it was shipped to you. The art must not be damaged and returned in good condition. A refund will be issued once I have received the art in good condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If there are any damages that occur during shipping your art to you please contact me within 3 days. Please take photos of the damage and email them to me. Save all packaging, materials and artwork for the shipper to pick up. I will need photos to file a claim with the shipping company. 
Made To Order, Custom Orders or Commissions-
Due to the nature of custom art no returns or exchanges are accepted. During the design and development phase I will be updating you on the process and you will be given the opportunity to make some changes. I want you to be happy with your one of a kind work!

What Shipping Companies do you use?
For orders, commissions, made to order art purchased from the artist-
Shippers used are FedEx, UPS, UPS Ground and USPS.
When contacting the artist on purchasing or commissioning a piece, a shipping quote will be given based on the scope of the project, location etc.
All original paintings shipped require a signature upon arrival. All art will be shipped insured and a tracking number will be supplied
Larger paintings and projects may need to be packed on a crate and shipped by truck- shipping charges will be higher

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the Continental United States. 
We can ship to Canada upon request.  Canadian orders will be billed in US dollars.  *Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied and will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping times will also be longer.
